My 2006 BMW M5 was having issues w/ the steering wheel lock and would not start. James Matus (Service Advisor) provided me the contact info for a local towing company and got me in the next day. I also asked for them to provide me costs for two new front tires and to fix a failed parking lamp. I was provided a nice loaner at no charge.
