"Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient" Ordered a new 2020 X7. Sam Picchetti patiently walked me through all of the options. Two trips and some negotiation but the deal was done to my satisfaction. I was kept fully informed on delivery timing. Pick up was very smooth thanks to Sam, Doug and Brandon. There are a lot of features and each was thoroughly explained and I know I can go back with any questions. Vehicle is terrific and exactly what I ordered.
