"Lease ending and plants closed (COVID19) - Knauz rescued me" Second lease with Knauz. First without a hitch. It took 3 months to order from the factory on the first one. With plants closed here and Germany, wasn't sure what I'd end up with. Shane found a similar vehicle to what would have been an order and I now have it early. Great experience.
"Feels as good or better two weeks later. . ." With the, "stay at home directive," I found myself shopping for cars on line, not really planning to buy for several months. I clicked on a 328i that Knauz had and Sam Picchietti called me the next morning, no pressure at all but very, very helpful. "Did not expect to come out with a car" Came in and walked out with an X5 xDr50i! Did not expect to buy, but Matt Pudlo, Doug Kamp, Curt Laczniak, and Bob Graziano made it SO easy that I could not say no. Brandon Helbig also helped out immensely to get us up to speed on our new ride! Highly recommended to go them for non-BS and straight to the end experience!!!

"Transaction Treat" Buying a preowned, used car, at Knauz was everything but painful. What a treat! I went looking on the Internet and simply clicked on the car ostensibly to determine availability.. I got a call from Sam the next day, so I didn't have to chase him down. We talked just a bit and he had the car in a delivery bay for me to see within 15 minutes. "Great experience at Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff " It was time to trade in my old vehicle, but I wasn’t looking forward to shopping for a new one. "As easy as it gets!" Recently purchased a certified BMW on a vehicle I found on Autotrader. I drove 200+ miles to the dealership on a Saturday morning, and completed the deal in 90 minutes. The whole process was flawless, Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable on my new purchase and the trade, and the price was very fair. I couldn't have asked for an easier car buying experience.
