Matt Pudlow was great to work with. He really knew his M cars and was very patient as I worked my way to a decision. I travel each week plus I was from out-of-state so I wasn't the easiest to accommodate. Jon Jakuboco helped at the delivery to ensure that I knew everything about the 2013 X5M. Big thanks to both.

My husband and I purchased an X5 from Steve Rayburn at Knauz. This is our second purchase from Steve and it won't be our last. Steve is very knowledgeable, professional and fair. Love the dealership from sales to service. We were just going to stop by and see what they had and left with a great deal on a beautiful X5 . The X5 was driven to Florida less than 2 days from date of purchase and performed flawlessly. Thanks Steve and Knauz you put the fun back in to buying a BMW :)

With this being my first car buying experience, I could not be more grateful for how smoothly it went thanks to the work of my salesman, Ken Gibadlo, and the whole team at Knauz. Ken was very friendly, knowledgeable, and actually made the whole process fun--not something you often hear about car buying. Spencer, one of their "Geniuses", did a fantastic job getting me set up and showing me all the features of the car, and even offered to have me come back in a few weeks for a refresher. I am out of state and was able to negotiate an excellent deal with an extremely friendly, respectful sales adviser and financial representative. I highly recommend this center and would happily do business with them again in the future.

I was able to communicate effectively thru email and pretty much wrapped up all negotiations without picking up the phone or walking in. once we agreed on the deal, I walked in did a test drive, completed paperwork, had a walk thru and out in about 90 mins. Excellent communication and very direct to deal with.

Brock Gordon is fantastic and truly made the purchasing of our car (X3) relaxing and comfortable. we had an extremely good experience. He's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be.
