Matt Pudlow was great to work with. He really knew his M cars and was very patient as I worked my way to a decision. With this being my first car buying experience, I could not be more grateful for how smoothly it went thanks to the work of my salesman, Ken Gibadlo, and the whole team at Knauz. I am out of state and was able to negotiate an excellent deal with an extremely friendly, respectful sales adviser and financial representative. I highly recommend this center and would happily do business with them again in the future.
I was able to communicate effectively thru email and pretty much wrapped up all negotiations without picking up the phone or walking in. once we agreed on the deal, I walked in did a test drive, completed paperwork, had a walk thru and out in about 90 mins. Excellent communication and very direct to deal with.
Bob Geisheker was a pleasure to deal with , the purchase experience was overall fantastic. It was not an all day excursion to purchase a new car.
