We have been a customer at Knauz for many years and have always received exemplary service. My wife was looking to upgrade her X5 for the 2017 model and had the opportunity to have Tisha walk her through the options and assist her in the decision making process. Tisha was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job in making her comfortable throughout the process. He was extremely courteous and represented the dealership and BMW brand with the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.

I worked with Tisha A at Knauz BMW and it was the best car buying experience in my life, thus far. I recently moved to the Midwest and was looking for a nice car for when I arrived. tl;dr: This is a dealership that would meet the needs for all types of buyers. We’ll be back. “Whew.” That’s the feeling we had when we drove away from Knauz BMW yesterday afternoon. I can't say enough nice things about Knauz and Matt Pudlo specifically. I wish every one of my car buying experiences were this good. Matt took care of my wife and I from start to finish, and has even followed up with us several times after we took a car home. Matt knows everything there is to know about the vehicle we purchased and has a true passion for what he does. My first time visiting Knauz. Extremely professional people. Seamless process from calling for appointment, to test driving car, to making a purchase. Every contact I have with Knauz BMW Service, specifically Josh Paez , is always a pleasurable experience. The work that is going to be performed is clearly explained, I receive a clean loaner vehicle and am kept abreast of when I should expect to get my vehicle back. When I pick up the car it is always clean and the fixed has been performed properly the first time.
