We have been a customer at Knauz for many years and have always received exemplary service. My wife was looking to upgrade her X5 for the 2017 model and had the opportunity to have Tisha walk her through the options and assist her in the decision making process. Tisha was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job in making her comfortable throughout the process. He was extremely courteous and represented the dealership and BMW brand with the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.

Every contact I have with Knauz BMW Service, specifically Josh Paez , is always a pleasurable experience. The work that is going to be performed is clearly explained, I receive a clean loaner vehicle and am kept abreast of when I should expect to get my vehicle back.
