First BMW purchase and the experience was fantastic! Bob Geisheker was extremely responsive to questions both online and in person and expedited the process whenever possible. Sam provided an excellent tutorial on my new vehicle including app recommendations for things to review at home. Doug finalize the paperwork quickly as well. I left feeling excited about my car purchase. Highly recommend!

Marek was terrific and he is an excellent salesman and very professional & courteous. Sam was also very professional & courteous and very knowledgable with showing me the features of my car. Doug was great as well, he made sure that I was well informed of all the financial aspects of my lease and he such a gentleman! First class treatment from Knauz BMW!

After four series 3 going to the 5. Love the 3, get the 335 or 340 series 3, thank me later. Time for the 5 as long trips are in the mix. Great experience. Steve was great, made sure needs were met. Suggested some creative financing options before seeing the finance guy. Things to think about before the ne t step. Felt like he cared and addressed the lesser issues equally.
