First BMW purchase and the experience was fantastic! Bob Geisheker was extremely responsive to questions both online and in person and expedited the process whenever possible. Sam provided an excellent tutorial on my new vehicle including app recommendations for things to review at home. Doug finalize the paperwork quickly as well. After four series 3 going to the 5. Love the 3, get the 335 or 340 series 3, thank me later. Time for the 5 as long trips are in the mix. Great experience. Steve was great, made sure needs were met.
