Team Knauz was excellent. A very satisfying experience even from out of state. Ken and I worked through the numbers before I made a 4 hour trip to Chicago. Once there it was a very enjoyable experience working with Ken and Doug. They have a high commitment to customer service.

I recently purchased my second BMW form Knauz and my salesman Marek Gryc. The professinal manner of my non hassle purchase combined with the efficiency of the delivery cause me ti Highly recommend my salesman and the dealrship. I should mention that I traveled over 100 miles (from Mequon Wisconsin) both times. They are excellent!!!!

I would recommend this dealership and working with Bob on a car purchase. Long story short, he made the purchasing process incredibly efficient, easy, and accommodating. I was able to work out the pricing and specifics of a CPO purchase and a trade-in via the phone and email before even walking into the showroom, which I highly appreciate and saved quite a bit of time. All of the staff, including Bob, are very friendly and courteous. I would purchase from here again. Thank you.

The staff at Knauz know how to treat a customer which is why I returned to them to purchase my new BMW. Everyone was friendly and helpful. George Greve spent the time to gather the information on leasing versus buying, returned my telephone calls promptly, and patiently answered my questions. I loved having Spencer Parker as my technology geek, explaining how the 2016 differs from the 2013 model. The finance man was great too, very detail oriented.
