Marek Gryc was a plesaure to work with. When negotiating price, his initial offer was far below what I was asking for. He was ready to deal. I did a custom factory order, and Marek was great in updating me of the progress of the build as it reached each milestone. Overall, a very comfortable, hassle free experience. We went to this dealer to meet with a sales man we had been talking to via email, but when we arrived we were told he stepped out for a minute. A Friendly receptionist showed us the coffee area. I recently worked with Ken to lease a 2017 x5. The entire experience was easy, well coordinated and hassle free. I had Ken build me a car through BMW because Knauz did not have the exact car that I was looking for. I did not feel pressured to lease a car that they had in stock which I appreciated. I had some special requests which were accommodated without a problem. I would highly recommend working with Ken to purchase a vehicle.
