Delighted with my experience at Knauz. From just a few phone calls with Sam to having the car parked in my apartment garage, it only took a couple of days. Marek Gryc was a plesaure to work with. When negotiating price, his initial offer was far below what I was asking for. He was ready to deal. I did a custom factory order, and Marek was great in updating me of the progress of the build as it reached each milestone. Overall, a very comfortable, hassle free experience. Scott Adduci didn't pressure me too much in "the room" on extended warranties, etc... We went to this dealer to meet with a sales man we had been talking to via email, but when we arrived we were told he stepped out for a minute. A Friendly receptionist showed us the coffee area. Within a few short minutes another salesman Rolly Davidson jumped in to assist us. He had found the car and paperwork on it without us giving him any background on it. First I definitely needs to mention about the Client Advisor Bob Geisheker. Great Guy and always transparent in dealing with the customers and He helped to me get a great Car for the great price. I recently worked with Ken to lease a 2017 x5. The entire experience was easy, well coordinated and hassle free. I had Ken build me a car through BMW because Knauz did not have the exact car that I was looking for. I did not feel pressured to lease a car that they had in stock which I appreciated. I had some special requests which were accommodated without a problem. I would highly recommend working with Ken to purchase a vehicle. Also, I had a great experience with Spencer, BMW Genius, during delivery.
