I originally went into the dealership to turn my lease in. I had no intentions of getting another car. I started to work with Sam Picchietti. He was very nice and did my whole lease inspection without any hassle. While i was waiting for the inspection to be completed i asked him if i could test drive an X4 and X5 40e. I was interested in getting a brand new BMW X3 2016. Bob Geisheker was my sales rep. and he really went out of his way to help me get the car. The car I was looking for was out of stock and he did his best to order it from another state the same day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast. I recommend Karl Knauz BMW for anyone who is looking to buy a car.
Matt Pudlo and Tisha Akulich were great to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to all my questions. I am a bit of an enthusiast and had lots of questions about how the car works as well as what to expect with the ordering process and taking delivery. I'm new to BMW, and pleasantly thrilled. Aware of Knauz's legendary reputation, I test-drove/purchased a new M235xi coupe, and loved it. As stated, BMW was “foreign” territory—excuse the pun—for me, being a long-time GM owner/rebate participant. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Karl Knauz BMW. I visited two other BMW dealerships that didn't take the time to explain the features of the vehicle to me like Rolly did at Karl Knauz BMW. Rolly spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle and then got down to business when it was time to talk numbers. I felt like it was a very efficient process.

Moved from a Lexus to a BMW. Going in I thought I would be getting a 535. After meeting Matt Pudlo, I looked at the 400 and 300 series. I had not considered them thinking they were similar in size to my IS 250 and I was wanting a bit more interior room - I was wrong.
