I had not had a car note in 10 years and decided to treat myself to a nice used BMW. George my salesman was very nice and patient, Doug in finance equally nice. They made me feel very comfortable and were not push overs. Would buy from Knauz again.

I am picking up my new BMW. 428i tomorrow. Rolly Davidson, as my salesman, assisted with easy hassle-free negotiations, kept me up to date on the production process from Germany to Baltimore to Lake Bluff. The price was right-on with online sales data. I chose Knauz, even though it is further from my home than a competitor, for the consistent follow-through and pressure free friendly attention. i highly recommend a stop to visit Rolly.

I just leased my 4th 3-Series BMW from Knauz. That alone shows they must be doing something right. In reality, they do many things right from sales to service. This time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay with the 3-Series or switch to the 2-series. I think I drove my sales rep (Brock Gordon) a bit crazy. Buying my BMW X1 was very easy, and convient because of the dealer I had Bob Geisheker. He is a great carsalesman because he wants the best for every customer and goes out of his way to work out the best deal possible. Bob was friendly and helpful and was able to show me a bunch of pre-owned 5 series. Sam "The Genius" was very knowledgeable about the car and did a nice job of showing me around the car once I made the purchase. Overall made the process as painless as possible.
