I came in on a Wednesday for a test drive with Lucas. He was leaving the next day for a weeks vacation so referred me to Bob Geisheker. I came in Friday to see Bob who was friendly and wonderful, it was nice to make a common Wisconsin connection as I had come down from Milwaukee to lease the car. Bob was very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Sam Picchietti also helped with my lease arrangements. Both were great, dealership was clean, bathrooms were clean, wonderful leasing experience.

I have dealt with several BMW dealerships in the Chicago area and there is a reason I travel nearly 30 miles from my home, past two closer dealers. Service is outstanding and the sales experience is unmatched. I have and will continue to recommend Knauz to my friends. This Z4 is by far the most fun car I have ever owned and was glad to continue the relationship.

Can't give enough praise to Bob and his genius team (Sam and Spencer) as well as ALL the amazingly helpful and BEYOND KIND professionals we worked with at Knauz!!! It ewas an absolute pleasure buying two BMWs from Bob--I couldn't stop hugging him throughout the process--he is a fantastic sales person and we worked him hard and he totally came through for my husband and I--now proud owners of a gorgeous 535i and an awesome x5!!!! This is my third car purchased from Knauz. Their sales staff, product "geniuses" are accurately named and service has been wonderful. I've purchased cars from them over the last 11 years, and despite growing in size, their attention to the customer and product/service excellence remains top notch. We terminated a lease and took out a new lease, our 4th BMW lease. The entire process was very smooth and enjoyable from test driving to the final step of learning how to use the navigation system in the new car. Our salesperson, Tisha, was always very responsive and answered our questions in a straight forward and honest manner, always with enthusiasm and a great smile.
