Buying my car at Knauz BMW couldn't have been smoother. I can't say enough about Bob Geisheker on the sales end. Very friendly with absolutely no sales pressure at any point. Scott Adduci in the finance dept. was very helpful and took all the time I needed walking me through various financing scenarios. If you are in the market for a BMW, I would certainly recommend heading over to Knauz.

From sale manager Phil Ceraulo to Client Advisor/Sales Dave Benck to BMW Genius Sam Picchietti everyone was top notch and earned a five star rating. They were all responsive, helpful,patient and eager to make a deal happen, and all without being pushy of aggressive. This same wonderful experience has continued after the sale was completed by this team.

Why do I think Karl Knauz BMW deserve an 'All Star' rating? Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time with your aging car. I just drove home in a new 328i and am all smiles. No heart thumping concern that I may have left with hidden costs or that there was a better car sitting in the lot. I was so pleased to have so many people help me to purchase my new car. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by several employees and this made me feel very good. I was able to look freely, and Steve Raeburn helped me narrow my search. Spencer Parker helped on the test drives, teaching me about all the features, truly a genius! Marek helped me too. I was given lots of time without pressure to decide. Great experience!

I'd done a lot of research and I decided on a 2013 certified pre-owned X3. I noticed Knauz had one that had both the features I was interested in with lower than average mileage. I initiated the process of getting more information and was contacted by Ken Gibadlo. This is my 3rd purchase from Knauz and it was great. Our saleman, Steve Rayburn is terrific and always puts our needs first. I dont even bother shopping around; I go right to Knauz.
