Buying my car at Knauz BMW couldn't have been smoother. I can't say enough about Bob Geisheker on the sales end. Very friendly with absolutely no sales pressure at any point. Scott Adduci in the finance dept. was very helpful and took all the time I needed walking me through various financing scenarios. They were all responsive, helpful,patient and eager to make a deal happen, and all without being pushy of aggressive. Why do I think Karl Knauz BMW deserve an 'All Star' rating? Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time with your aging car. I'd done a lot of research and I decided on a 2013 certified pre-owned X3. I noticed Knauz had one that had both the features I was interested in with lower than average mileage.
