I have driven Benz cars since the 70's. I was very pleased with what the salesmen showed me, told me, and convinced me after a test drive that I wanted a BMW.

Over the years I've purchased my fair share of luxury automobiles. My experience with Bob was by far the best I've ever had. Bob was attentive, knowledgable, timely with his communication and worked hard for me. That's all on top of the deal I got, no other dealership could touch what Bob and Knauz was able to do to get me into my new i8. Can't recommend Bob and Knauz enough.

Bob was awesome there were no issues. He gave us our space to decide and answered all of our questions. He was able to give the best deal out of the five dealerships we visited

I just wanted to comment how lucky I am to have had a great sales guy Bob Geishheker, Genius Spencer Parker, and Finance Scott Adduci to work with at Knauz in Lake Bluff. My buying experience at Knauz BMW was absolutely wonderful. Matt Pudlo, went above and beyond to help me in my purchase of my 2015 BMW M4. From the test drive, to working numbers and the whole delivery experience it was very pleasant. A few months after purchasing my M4 I had again reached out to Matt to purchase a 2015 BMW 328i Xdrive. Matt Pudlo made the whole purchasing experience easy and great. He has excellent follow up even after the deal is done. I would highly recommend working with him.
