"Had an oil change and airbag recall check. They did not..." Had an oil change and airbag recall check. They did not reinstall all of the parts to the side airbag. The cover for the bolt was left on the floor because the clip that holds the cover was not put back. Extremely frustrating as I now have to rearrange my schedule to go back so they can complete the work. This also makes me question if they correctly changed the oil.

"Wish I could say better!" I started my search at Bobby Rahal for a 535i, and the sales rep there was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, and highly professional in his appearance and demeanor. Start contrast from the P&W test drive where I learned nothing from the kid in khakis and a polo. But, as it turns out, P&W got the sale, as they chanced to have the color combination I wanted at the time. "Miles higher than on line-tires half plus used" Certified vehicle should be in top shape. Tires half used-dent in right rear, need to return to store for repairs. Miles 1,000 plus more than listed online. Only one Key available with vehicle and still waiting for second Key. I’m beginning to think the vehicle was used by a great number of people that didn’t care how they used the vehicle.

"The service department is understaffed or don’t care" This is my Third BMW. Unfortunately this one consumes more oil than the Exxon Valdez. I have attempted to get the situation corrected with no luck. The service department seems overwhelmed. I always have to initiate contact. I have left messages often and never get a return call. It seems my car spent more time at the dealer than in my garage. I guess it is time to try a new dealership or Brand.

"Over paid and dishonest " Wife took car for oil change then they wanted to add more and more things when she told them no they sent home a list of things that need fixed (scare tactic) when she got home I started looking at the invoice from December and noticed they did some I f the same services them but they charged more then and I feel it is because we had a 15% off coupon When I called to talk about it they said they would never do that and they have upgraded they computer system so they don't know why it is that way.

"4-hour oil change" Took car in for oil change. Was told it would take 2 hours. My 10 am appointment started promptly at 10:30 (even though I was early). Nearly 2 hours later I was told I needed repairs and parts (including an air filter, which they changed less than a year and 4100 miles ago). The repairs I authorized were supposed to be fairly quick. I got home some time after 2 pm. Not a happy camper.
