"Frank's review of P&W" I always feel this dealership does a more thorough job than another I tried that was closer. So I've learned it is worth going three times further to go to P&W.

"Not happy at all." Got down there 30 mins before my appointment, for just an inspection, they told me it would take 1hr for inspection and 30 mins for car wash. 2 hours gone by and they finally come out saying I had a nail in my tire and it needed replaced to pass inspection, I have brought my car here twice in one year and each time they said the same tire needed replaced. "Poor service after the sale" I got a used 2015 750li, they put two new rims on the car, but as soon as I left, I noticed that the other two needed replaced also. When I went back, it was like “ who are you again?” I’ll never go back there, and I buy a new car every two years. A lesson learned

I was there for five hours...we made a deal...after all that we went through, they tried changing the deal at the last second!!! I wasted an ENTIRE DAY!!! For them to try and take away A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THE DEAL at the VERY LAST MOMENT!! IT JUST AS EASY HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

Poor customer service, excuses made. Poor mechanics. Stressful to deal with as a BMW owner. Will be going to a new dealer in the future.

I was looking @ purchasing a used vehicle from PMW . They received a $500 deposit & proceeded to send my Financial info to FOUR institutions WITHOUT MY CONCENT ,while selling the car to someone else . I'm out $500, & my credit score took a MAJOR hit !!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN !!!!!!! The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with . I have called MANY times with no explanation, or resolution !!!! STAY AWAY FORM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

My fiance and I went in to purchase a 650 in March -we were quoted a price but weren't ready to purchase at that time. Salesman was helpful and attentive at this time. We went in for a second time around the beginning of August and they quoted us the same price but we had to wait a little bit longer for personal reasons. Went into this dealership since it was close to my job. Sorry I ever did. My awful experience didn't end until over a month passed. My salesman didn't explain the terms of the sale at all. I guess I was a bit to blame since I didn't ask enough questions. I was too trusting. Everything in regards to the deal were very vague until I went to sign the papers and the dealership hit me with a payment I was never expecting. I called off the deal and it took 6 phone calls, several text messages and emails in order to get my deposit ... read more
