My experience with this dealership has always been excellent and top notch thanks to people like Michael Jerry and Fred Rongier(sales man). Tom Morgan is the reason I gave the above ratings. Tom is the reason my husband and I elected to purchase our x3 from P&W after dealing with other BMW dealerships in the area. P & W motors was extremely helpful from start to finish. I received a better than average price and Tom Morgan was an exceptional sales person. The delivery process was easy and when the car arrived Tom spent a lot of time with me going over the controls and functions of the car. We even decided to get a second car after this experience and it is on it's way now. Overall I liked the fact that P & W reassured me they would be there in the future if any problems should arise.
When I enterde the show room at P&W Foreign Car Service, I was greated - by name - first by Tony Dave (Service Manager) and Tim (Senior Technician), then Mike Brown (General Manager), and finally by Max Moser, who was my service representative. After having my car for only 2-3 months, the music began glitching when you played Spotify or Apple Music. It took about a month to get an appointment and they kept my car for 10 days to only call me and ask if I tried another iPhone cord. I brought in a new cord, and it still had the same issue. "Fraud and Lies! The dealership sold me a lease end..." Fraud and Lies! The dealership sold me a lease end protection program, and promised me that I would not need to worry about anything when returning my vehicle. Be warned! The program they are selling is NOT guaranteed by BWM Financial and is NOT accepted. After 6 months of me returning my car with the lease end protection system this dealership has not paid for my end of lease expenses. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM HERE! They are a fraud!

"Collision team sent revised estimate in wrong form to..." Collision team sent revised estimate in wrong form to insurance company which delayed repair by 3 days which cost more in rental car. I had to call insurance company to determine reason for delay. Collision team seemed unaware of proper way to submit revised estimate to insurance company.
