Tommy had to leave at end of sale but put us in good hands with another sales person. However, we waited another hour and 10 minutes before the paperwork was ready to be signed. We would have appreciated the opportunity to come back at a later time.

Bait and Switch The car I wanted to see and had negotiated a price for was "unavailable." Also, I asked two basic questions. "Does this car have stability control?" The answer was, "I don't know." I also asked about run flat tires. A very nice woman answered that we would have to "ask one of the guys" about that. Oh dear. My car professional knew less about the car than I did. Boy....I sure didn't get the positive experience others have. My service writer was one of the most arrogant I've ever come across. Didn't listen to any of my comments on the problem. What was a 5 minute conversation of what I was experiencing with my BMW the write up ended up as one line. No wonder the technician didn't know what the problem was. On Wednesday,5/5/2010,I had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Shererville. The experience was very pleasant. When I went to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey, one of the question was, How Can We Serve You Better. In order to answer this question, I would of need more space than what is allowed on the card. Above I rated the price as OK, and one reason for this is because what was repaired, is something that I could of done myself and I would of saved $156.00. I went to this dealership to by a new car. When I was floor shopping the customer service was good but when I sat down with Kristy Murphy she answered all my questions regarding warranties etc...When I found out that the company was being sold I thought that I would have to find somewhere else. Soon after the company was bought I found out Kristy would still be there and now I will continue to be a customer at BMW of Schererville.
