"Bad service " Bad service did not take my concern seriously and did not take time to show me how my car worked so it was not a good experience
"Deceived, not informed that new car had been in accident!" Read this letter real good for me. Correct it and send back to me. Is it too wordy? Is it something else to add? "Car repair " I’ve had nothing but one bad experience after another. Their service department was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not only did I not feel valued as a customer but I received nothing but the run around and could not get a straight answer from anyone. ( I’m still in fact waiting for a return call from the manager-2 weeks and counting) I trusted my car to this place and received nothing but a big bill and I still have the same problem I came in with. I’m truly disappointed 😔
"Extremely Poor Service" Shortly after purchase of vehicle, dealer could not fix problem on 5 different occasions over a one year time span but to only inform me I would need new parts at my expense. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WARNING: Do not buy tires at BMW because they DO NOT warranty the purchase.

Customer was offered a 10% percent discount on Tires. Customer was not charged for the $189.95 Alignment. Tires have a 12 month road hazard warranty offered from manufacture.

Stopped here for nitrogen top off they said they have to do all 4 tires for 149.00 i I called the dealer where I bought the car Bill Jacobs napervile, they said bring it and the can top off one tire and it's free!! This place is a joke of a dealership, don't buy a car from here!!! Rick
The service department just plain sucks. They are unprofessional and xxxxxxxx. They will turn a need for an oil change into a $1,000 profit with the 5 point inspections every time. They don't communicate to you whwn they haveyour vehicle because they are too busy tallying up an invoicewith s**t you don't need. I should have read the reviews 1st before making the mistake of many others.
I went there for. A just oil change on y new vehile with a prior appointment and over phone they told me it will done less than hr and when i get there they asked me wait for 2 hrs without a loaner . They dont explain over phone and treat u like nothing and service guy nick has attitute I left a message with james waiting to hear from me Just a request , we have many choice , pl treat our time valuable and when we buy luxury car and we deserve the dealership to value of our time .
