"I purchased my second BMW at this location and I have..." I purchased my second BMW at this location and I have never been so unpleased with the lack of customer service. Things were promised during the sell and when it was needed to be done I was pushed to the side like my business didn’t matter. This will be my last BMW due to the sales people at this location. I am extremely disappointed. Be ware of this dealership you are only a sale.

"Terrible Vehicle Service" BEWARE OF SERVICE. I took in a car that I was looking to purchase and paid $275 for a full vehicle inspection to ensure that I was purchasing a good car. They found a few things that I had fixed at the dealer that I was buying it from, but nothing major. "Nightmare experience " I will start off by saying that I work in the automotive business so I know how all of this works. I purchased a 2009 Z4 a couple days ago from this dealership. I was told it had been reconditioned and possibly would need a rear wheel bearing in 6-12 months. "Treated unprofessionally by rude used car manager" I wish the experience here was better. "Horrible service and sales process " Went to make an appointment to come see a vehicle and I was informed the lady I talked to was fired which was the best person they had there.
