Very dishonest, Worst dealership I ever dealt with will never use or recommend them to anyone!!! HORRIE EXPERIENCE!!' Chris and joe l horrible salesmen. They got me financing then sold the car when I was on my way. Lairs!!!!

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 X5 from BMW Schererville and it was the single worst consumer experience of my life. Between the stringent standards required by BMW’s CPO program and several conversations with BMW Schererville’s sales staff to verify equipment and condition, I felt comfortable purchasing my X5 from out of state. Let me start with saying that the sales people at BMW of Schererville are liars. I was looking at a car online at $53,332.00 and they had the price crossed over. The only way to find out the price was to ask for a quote online. I did send a request online, and I did not get a price. I got an introduction and couple questions, such as “Have you driven a new BMW before “ and “Would you like to schedule a test drive. “I did respond back asking for a price, and I did get a price of $58,690. I brought my 2002 BMW 325I in for service on NUMEROUS occasions in lieu of the inability of the alleged BMW certified technicians to fix it properly or to advise they did not know how. Kristy iMurphy was initially courteous but after multiple visits, she tried to imply negligence on my part or that they had not agreed to certain stipulations (which they had). I will NEVER tell anyone to go to this sealership again they trick you and they dont do business fare!!!!! STAY away from DEALERSHIP they tell you you cant get your car back even tho you didnt get the first 2 bmw and then they put me in a 3 series i didnt even want and just told me i cant go back to my other car (GINA) and then they just did alot of underhanded stuff and i wont be back there for ANYTHING!

Bought my brand new car here and 2 months later traded it in for an infiniti (today 8-20-2011). Was extremely dissatisfied with the way that this brand new car ran. After bringing it home, on start up the engine shuddered. On several occasions it even bucked. I brought it in and was told it was due to putting in less than premium gas. About a week or so later i brought it back and insisted it be rechecked. I drove from Indianapolis to purchase a 2005 X3. I talked with the sales people online and on the phone for a few days and told them I would arrive on Saturday to look at the car. I emailed late Friday night and received an email Saturday morning while driving to Scherrillville indicating they were going to put the car in the back for me. My wife left for work and then called me via cell to say that the "Check Coolant" light came on. I told her to bring it back home and take my car. Since the car was just due for service and i intended to make an appointment soon anyway, i thought it would be good to bring up the coolant level problem. i called Kristy and asked her if I could bring the car in that same day - she replied, "Sure - bring it over. I was emailed and then called in a timely manner for scheduled maintaince. An appointment was made that was convenient for me. My vehicle was promised in one hour and I drove away one hour and ten minutes after I arrived. I requested that a number of minor adjustments be made to the vehicle and they were all completed. Couldn't have been more pleased with the personnel and service.
