Will never go back. They changed my oil today and the check engine oil light is still on and they told me to come back tomorrow to adjust it. Makes me question whether they even changed my oil? They treat customers great until you buy the car, from there it’s all downhill.
I purchased a new BMW X3 from this dealership in November. The sales representative agreed to reduce the price by $600. When i signed the paperwork, the $600 wasn't deducted as well as a $1100 paint protection added. The salesperson was short sighted in thinking he was getting over on a client. He forgot the importance of honesty and the possibility of a future reference. Do your homework in advance and avoid dealing with their salespeople.

"Spent all day with them and getting the deal made and..." Spent all day with them and getting the deal made and financing lined up. They tell me everything is good to go, so I'm getting ready to drive the 6 hours down there and then they text me (didn't have the courtesy to call me) and tell me that the car was already sold. And it was sold before we even started talking. How the %^&* do you not know what is in your inventory.

"Charged $175 for diagnosing a malfunctioning parts (TPMS)..." Charged $175 for diagnosing a malfunctioning parts (TPMS) that were purchased from the same dealership. When you sell parts, at least be able to tell the customer that the part that was sold is not the correct one. So, I first paid for a parts that do not work, then pay to diagnose why they don't work. I was looking for getting a new BMW from this dealership soon, but no more!
"I had my BMW towed to this facility on a Monday..." I had my BMW towed to this facility on a Monday afternoon. This is Thursday and the only way I received information is by actually driving there in person to check on it. If they can't open a door in 4 days I am really afraid of allowing them to service anything else on my vehicle.....Horrible customer service
