Horrible experience Horrible!I picked my car and on the half way to my office I noticed a rattling noise from the left muffler exhaust. I came to the showroom back in the evening to show the problem and they told that the complete exhaust has to be replaced with a new part and cannot be repaired. STAY AWAY from Stevens Creek BMW!!! I brought my car in for routine maintenance and somehow they managed to scrape the front end bumper. I reached out to my service advisor Ryan Fuller and let him know of the damage. He quickly agreed to repair the damage in addition to covering the cost for ceramic pro and clear bra work I had recently done. Don’t call So i was interested in purchasing a vehicle, I put a inquiry on the internet and someone contacted me. The person that contacted me left no phone number, no extension no nothing. So,I called the dealership, of course I got the general directory thing , so I hit the key for sales, the phone rang and rang and no one answered, and I got hung on. worst car dealer experience I usually don’t like used car sales people but BMW Stevens Creek is the worst - this was the first time that we shake hands on a price and get presented a higher price on the bill (that’s what I call sleazy dishonesty if not outright theft). When we disagreed with the new price they refused to sell. We lost 2 hours and have a bad taste in our mouth.

Don’t buy used car I purchased a used vehicle from them, a month later it started leaking oil. I called many times left managers messages, talked to the online rep and never responded to my issues- i live 2 hours away so I can’t just drive up there with a car that is leaking oil.

I got cheated in this dealer I bought a car one year ago at Stevens Creek BMW, it was a CPO car. The sale person told me that they only had one key at that time, they will order a new one for me and I just need to wait. After several months past I did not got the second key so I contacted the sale person and he told me he already left there. Worse customer service I was not satisfied with the customer service I got from this dealer. I stop by because I was interested in getting a Corvette. As I walk inside the building I was told to have a seat after waiting for more than 20 mins this guy Ron takes me inside someone else office supposedly because that office is much closer than his. Worst Nightmare, Stay away from this dealership. Worst experience ever with any BMW dealer so far. They break already working things and ask you to pay to repair it. I went for getting my car's rear LED light flickering issue fixed (Lamp was perfectly fine ). So, they get it checked and replaced few things in it which was covered under maintenance plan/warranty but asked me to pay ~$125 for fixing the burnt wire which wasn't covered, I declined the repair since I thought its too much for fixing just burnt wires and confirmed... read more
