Buying a car during Covid-19 Leasing a new car or any public service where you need to deal with others outside of your home is awkward during Covid-19. I did my research online, negotiated with the Internet manager TJ Singh via email and phone calls and finalized the deal by signing all documents outside in the lot with face masks and distance.

Bait and switch shop - STAY AWAY!!!! Horrible dealer. Go somewhere else! My son and I bought a 535d from these shysters. The salesman left right after he sold the car to us and the dealer refused to stand by anything the salesman promised, most notably providing a 2nd set of keys. Now we have to pay the $400? for a new key! It's a deceptively high pressure bait and switch shop that feeds on young Facebook, Apple, Google etc. professionals. Stay away. There are lots of great BMW dealers. This isn't one of them.
Stonewalling cancelliation of extended warranty Purchased a certified X5 fr this dealer. Unfotunately, it was totaled in an accident several months ago. I requested cancellation of extended warranty (which we bought at $3K). First this was handled by SC BMW, then sent to Sonic Automotive. After TEN weeks, case was returned to SC BMW and STILL no action. No one is taking resonsibility; everyone "apologizes for inconvenience". Will anyone step up and do something?
Life threatening I gave my BMW 328i for service at Stevens Creek BMW here at Santa Clara, CA on 28th December, 2019. This was a routine 60k service that included engine oil change, brake fluid change and some regular multi point checks. I drove out of the dealership towards my work and just before I reached saw large amounts of smoke coming out of the AC vents into the cabin and then in no time I saw huge clouds of smoke oozing out from under the hood. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Zero stars across the board How can you do better? Start by having competent and polite people answering the phone. The receptionists / whomever is answering the phones are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They answer the phone with annoyed voices, speak incoherently, do not share their names, put you on hold for long periods of time without any explanation, and have apparently been trained to not allow customers to speak directly to humans who can help, as all they seem to be able to do ... read more

It is fraud, they don't honor what they offer This place is fraud, I cannot not believe how they have become an authorized dealer. They do not honor what they offer and raise the price. Stay away! Stay far away from these guys. They will say whatever you want to hear and then change the offer when you get there. They are all dishonest and out to swindle you. I tried to buy a car from them and they strung me along and then jacked the price. Do yourself a favor and try another dealer. I also have been using them for service and they are so bad.
