Poor Customer Service Bait & Switch Got me to run my credit. A day later told me that the car I wanted was sold. Wanted to sell me another car. I said to earn my business but they did nothing. They then went ahead and submitted my docs and then just told me I was approved to buy the car I was initially not interested in. I had told them to stop if they cant earn my business but they dont listen. Poor communication between sales and finance They don't followup,on anything. You find yourself leaving voicemails and wondering if they will call you back ??

Strike 3 and You're Out I've been to Steven's Creek BMW on 3 Occasions. We moved here a year and a half ago from Scottsdale and I guess we were spoiled because the customer service at BMW N. Scottsdale is no comparison to Steven's Creek. We have owned 7 BMW's and currently own a BMW and a Mercedes and are thinking about trading them both in on new BMWs. Good purchasing experience, overall I bought a used non-BMW car and the sales staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable about non-BMW vehicles. I didn't mind since I'm very familiar with what I was looking for!
