Love the Car, not the Buying Experience The place was very busy and I felt a bit rushed. The person who helped me was not exactly rude, but had mannerisms that seemed as though he wasn't receptive to my needs. BMW Airbag Recall Repair My experience with the Stevens Creek BMW service department has been less than positive the last several times I have had my car there. Diagnosis I was pleased with the service advisor. Personally, I think $215.88 for a diagnosis of your vehicle is outrageous. there are plenty of certified BMW shops in the area with much lower cost, if none at all. .

The good and bad I've been to Stevens Creek twice. Once for my oil change and recently for a recall on a fuel pump. Oil change experience was great. They took my car through the wash and were quick. However, getting the fuel pump has been a hassle. I dropped my car off on my lunch break and ubered back to work. They said it would take two days and there are no loaners due to high volume of people. I totally understood, Riccardo was very honest about it. Alignment on 2006 330i Sofas in lobby are uncomfortable. Since cafe closed, there is no place to sit and work on a laptop at a counter.

Review I bought a use 3251 and it's a disaster by the time I got home headlight was out and the worst part in the morning there was a puddle of oil
Poor quality I found the car's radio does not work properly. The auto transmission does not shift smoothly when auto shifting from first gear to second gear. There is a shudder when car's shifting. I regret I bought the car. But the salesman is excellent.
