Fast service Claude Luu is an excellent service adviser. The only question that I have is why my initial appointment was scheduled for Jan. 9, 6:00 am if the service center is closed until 7:30 am. The appointment was not scheduled by Mr. Luu. We received an email from the service center. Obviously the initial appointment was missed.
Bad experience I bought 2008 BMW 528i. I was said that they have verified everything and there are no issues and that all the features are perfectly working. After buying 1) While idle, it vibrates a little bit and they did not fix it saying it will cost me $800. 2) The bluetooth connectivity does not connect to mu phone. They say now that it is not compatible with my Iphone. Bluetooth being my basic requirement, I am in trouble. They could have told me about these before selling the Car. I would expect them to upgrate the s... read more

Very rude finance wing - Agent: Nasser I almost finalized a purchase here with a friend till we were met with extreme attitude from the finance manager. The sales guy was very good and we almost finalized, as not new to owning a luxury car ($60K+) myself the process went smoother and faster than normal or at least compared to my first time. But the finance guys had extreme attitude and acted very unprofessionally, especially Nasser, you can find him at (http://www.stevenscreekbmw.com/finance_dept_staff.htm#). They were rude,... read more
Purchased A Used Car From Steven's Creek BMW I Purchased a used 2004 Infiniti G35 From BMW Of Steven's Creek on 9/23/15. I drove it off the lot and started hearing a grinding noise coming from the brakes, I informed my sales man Manny of the noise, he told me to go back to the dealer (I had to pick up the spare tire for the car either way), I went in and then spoke with Andy he took the car for a test drive and did hear some squealing noise however he said that could just be due to after market brakes and proceeded to say th... read more
Poor customer services, leading by example... After over 3 years of having my car serviced there, I am not coming back to this dealership. I have had great experiences in the past with some of the Service advisors (Claude is fantastic), but overall the quality of service and attention to details has steadily decreased. Whether it is the time on the phone to get to an adviser, the tone of the receptionist, the number of transfers or a new advisor telling me to go read the manual if I wanted an answer and then hunging-up on me... read more

My Recent Service Experience Wanted to express my experience on a recent visit to Stevens Creek BMW. I had serviced my 545i and 550i for 7 years and this time around I went for my BMW M3. The difference this time is my M3 had to be towed and I don't have BMW 4yrs service warranty. Earlier I was covered under the warranty, I was treated like GOD and now they hardly look into my eyes and talk. They behave as if I came with a cheap car for service. I would not have gone there as I was very happy with Fremont BMW. Since my car s... read more
Parts Department Needs Training Older BMW, 1980 5281, well kept. My ignition switch was failing so I called Steven's Creek BMW. told them I wanted another switch, but keyed the same as the original. They said they could get me the correct one, just needed the VIN and to bring in the registration and my ID. I showed up with the old ignition switch in hand (from experience). The lady at the counter took my VIN and tried to find the original switch and failed. She asked for some help from a co-worker and they concluded that the... read more
The Worst! Absolutely the worst service department ever! Not only do they not do the work you've paid them for with the prepaid maintenance, but they will waste your time with unnecessary things in order to "make a buck". They are so rude and condescending, that I refuse to go there. I join the ranks of people that drive by in utter disgust, even though I used to love my car! My experience was so bad, my car is now for sale! Can you imagine? Wanting nothing to do with a brand thanks to a dealer? If you like the BMW brand, lo... read more

Very Ethical General Manager We purchased a used Volvo XC90 from them. Everything seemed fine on the test drive but by the time we drove it home (about a 90 mi. trip) it was making bearing noises. Although the salesman was slow to respond to our concerns the General Manager (Kevin Gaither) got right back to us. He offered to pay to have it towed to a Volvo dealer and pay for a diagnostic. Volvo determined it would cost about $4,000 to repair. Kevin offered to cancel our contract and refund the money we had invested in the ca... read more
