Poor service They had my car for two days and said the would have it washed and ready to go. After paying it took over 30 minuets to get my car. I keep asking way it's taking so long. Not happy and will not go back or buy a car from this dealership.

Not enough employees. long wait Although they accept appointments, expect to stand around and wait for a long time. There are long lines and few employees to help. The facilities look old and worn down.

Stevens Creek BMW service for my 320i Taking my 320i in for its one year service was easy and quick. Stevens Creek finished my car ahead of time with no issues or problems.

First BMW of Stevens Creek Service Overall the service and the people were great. I was just disappointed with how dirty the loaner car was. There was trash the backseat and spill stains on the seats.
Average Cust. Serv., Forceful Lease-End Practices Repair charges applied are heavy, unless you kept the car like new. Normal wear and tear gets you into ~1000-~1500 for repairs at the end of the lease. They are reduced if you lease another car. Otherwise, you must pay. Quality of repairs is good. But you do not get any breaks from the dealership on even slight cosmetic repairs. Charges are high. Qualifying for and keeping your place in the queue for loaner cars is an unpleasant experience. Loaner cars are excellent.

A poor day at SC-BMW that just didn't end there... I bought a 535i from SCBMW in 2011 and recently took it to the service department for an oil service and vehicle check. While I was waiting, I was keen on test driving the new 7-series as I've been mulling an upgrade for some time now. My license was copied on time and then I waited for over an hour for someone to talk to me and execute the test drive. Worst experience so far I have the got for 7 days so far. first day opened the trunk to find out its filled with water. I went there they removed the water but the trunk still wet until now and they broke a clip in the trunk no one bothered to replace it. The car now stinks and no one is willing to replace the part that stinks because of that water. Great customer service I was returning a leased car 3 series but decided to buy a certified pre owned 5 series instead because of a very convincing salesman. Ppl there are friendly & accomodating even if you are not their client.
Efficient Service There always seems to be a special on tracking and my car always seems to need it.
