BMW X3 Purchase Had the vehicle and the deal I wanted. Change in BMW maintenance program and hard sell to "refresh" it were not appreciated.

bought a certified car Manager was a little cold and rude, but the sales people were very nice.
Waiting dropping the car off for service was a 2 hour process. This process is disorganized and needs to be fixed.

They do not return car on time These guys do not return the car on time. They take more cars than they can handle. I gave my car for routine service, which I assumed would take an hour. They promised to return my car on the same day and finally they returned it after 5 days. Even on the fifth day i had to call them 4 times and leave a couple of voice mails to get it back. Good, not great, service Service Rep I worked with was cordial and friendly. And promptly checked my car in. Fixed a rear squeak in my car. Service did not satisfactorily address a scratched rim due to the auto-park function. I was just told they've never seen this happen with that feature before. Nonsense, many forum postings have suggested the feature for which you pay for doesn't actually work reliably but you'll be charged for the privilege of replacing the rim on your own dime. i3 Maintenance 10k mi I went in for scheduled 10k mile maintenance for my i3. I met with Tyler Lem who told me the service should take a just a couple hours, which included a wash and charge of my car. He also told me to fulfill the recall and warranty requirements I would need to come back another time because they would need the car overnight so I rescheduled for another time. Stevens creek bmw I have brought my car in 3 times now for the same problem with my bumper, who ever you out source this work to does not do a thorough job. Paint keeps peeling in same spot, they do not clean up the over spray that gets on my car, they are terrible
