We made a good decision We did some homework (of course everyone does), and drove 45 mins to Stevens Creek BMW after my work. Yes, I believed we made a right decision. It was the end of day, but all staff there were very patient. Kids got some snacks (otherwise, we wouldn't be able to last); we got our new car! Excited!

BMW Stevens Creek Service - Great Great service by Elvin, who quickly checked me in, set me up with a great loaner, and got my 25k service done a day earlier than expected. He threw in some new wiper blades, which was a nice touch. Kept me informed. This guy in particular was awesome.

Mr. 740i Msport Overall experience was good. The salesmen didn't seem all that in to working with me when I was gathering information for my research, however once I had decided to buy the car, the service was 1st class. I think they are too overworked or too busy to focus on client care up front, vs just selling cars.It was crazy busy as it was the holidays. Overall I would go back, and do it again, however I think it's likely best to understand the car you want first, vs. trying to have a salesperson help you find it.

Great car buying experience!! (pre-owned 328i) worked with Zaki in buying a car. He listened to our requirements and showed us the models that would work for us. No hard sell.. felt like. We ended up buying a 2015 328i with 18K miles after test driving it. He spend a couple hours with us, without giving the impression we were taking up too much of his time. Would buy from this dealer again!
