2007 Bmw 328i My experience of the bmw 328i is great but after I got my rear brakes and my fluid exchanges, the advisor I got they didn't vacuum inside of my car. MY advisor before derrick Elliot vacuum inside of my car every time I did a service from him for free along with a car wash. Since he don't work there anymore the new advisor that did my service was ok but I thought he would be able to vacuum my car for free.

Great Service Experience! Wonderful service experience last week having my i3 serviced at BMW Stevens Creek. A loaner was provided, the car was completed on time and notification and communication (along with invoice) was all through text (preferred). Great!
