Outstanding experience buying a BMW i car Great car buying experience at the i showroom at Stevens Creek BMW. It matches up to the experience you get when shopping at an Apple Store (just not that crowded). I really liked the transparency into pricing and inventory and discounts and zero pressure (they don't work on commissions). Great service and attention to detail by Ken I was choosing a new service advisor after the previous one retired SC BMW. Ken Evans proved knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles, which I what I was looking for. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure my new-to me 7 series got all the fixes it was due under the BMW warranty.

Routine service Went for a routine maintenance service with loaner option. The whole process of dropping the car and getting the loaner car was quick and seamless. Got the car back within 5 hours amid being a little busy. The main reason am writing this review is to mention the great serviceman Neil Simon. His wife was waiting to pick him up as he was closing his shift, during that time the car wash person unfortunately got injured. Neil went beyond his schedule and got the car washed by himself!
