I recently purchased a 2011 535xi from Mainline BMW. Marcy was the first person to greet us, and she could not have been more helpful. She was followed by a succession of helpful and friendly people. We got the car we wanted and a good price too. I would recommend MainlineBMW to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.
Working with Kerry Simmons and Frank Muto was easier than ordering the pizza I picked up later that night for dinner. I placed my order over the phone sight unseen, Kerry kept me informed every step of the way during the production and when the car came in it was ready for me to pick up the next afternoon. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and expected. Frank was so efficient with all the paperwork that I beat the I-76 and Turnpike rush and was home in time to have dinner and take the girls to dance!

I worked with Kerry Simmons and Frank Muto --they were both knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Kerry clearly knows (and loves) BMWs and worked with me to make sure that my automobile had the features I wanted . Pricing was extremely competitive. I will be a return customer.
Richard Fernandes was the ultimate professional. We had visited one other dealership, which was a total waste of time. Richard found us the car we wanted, answered all of our questions and gave us what we thought to be a very fair price. When we came to pick up the car he had it ready as promised and he explained every feature to us. Frank, who handled the financing was equally professional and also made sure we understood all of the figures. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
Overall experience was fantastic. Car was delivered with inside dirty. But not a major deal. Marcy was a delight to work with. Everyone made me feel welcome. I forgot to mention the Finance Lady...she was very nice and was very easy to work with. Completing the paperwork was a breeze! Thanks!

Bruce went over ands above to find us the exact car we wanted. He did not pressure us and he did not give up. He finally found us our car in New York! He said what he was going to do and he did what he said. I usually hate buying a car and he made the experience pleasant! Frank was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable!
