Bought my 135i convertible through the European Delivery program from KC Chan. From when I walked in the door, KC was friendly, knowledgeable and patient helping me understand the different models, options and the overall ED process. Paperwork was smooth, flawless and quick. I recently purchased BMW X1 from Mainline BMW . I had an opportunity to interact with Lou from sales and Frank from Finance. Very pleasant and easy purchasing experience. Marcy Rusoff was friendly and efficient, and we were able to make a deal very quickly. When there was a slight delay to finalize the purchase paperwork because of the number of customers, Frank Muto jumped in and took care of it, even though he had to stay late on a Friday night to do so. The follow-up post sale has also been fantastic. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would recommend Marcy and Frank to anyone in the area.
I reside in DE but this is my 2nd BMW from the Main Line, PA, since locating them online about 3 years ago to be the most resourceful and efficient. My experience was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. Prior to going to BMW of the Mainline, I visited another BMW dealership across town, and my experience there was more than unpleasant. By comparison, everyone at BMW of the Mainline was friendly and professional. Kerry and Frank are very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with both of them. I wish I could give a rating higher than 5.
Had a great experience with these guys. I knew exactly what I wanted and we worked together to nail down the car on the lot that would meet my needs. Made the decision, signed a few papers, and scheduled a time to come back later to pick it up. The whole process, from selection, to paperwork, to presentation, was flawless. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

My experience at BMW of the Main Line was wonderful. Everyone there was professional, friendly and made buying a new car a fun and exciting time. Kerry clearly knows his stuff and was very helpful both in teaching me about the car and my options, and in guiding me through the process (as a first time leaser rather than buying, and first time with a BMW). We spent a good hour going over over all the bells and whistles on the car -- and this was AFTER I had bought it.
