This was our first time at a BMW dealership and it was such a smooth process which I loved. I am glad we went to this dealership.. Bruce was great ! I had a very positive experience with BMW of the Main Line, and especially working with Richard Fernandes. I traveled from the Washington, DC area to buy a new car, and would absolutely do it again. Richard was supremely helpful, informative, and genuine. I would recommend Richard to my friends and family.
This is why, I give them a "great" rating. My salesperson, Marcy Rusoff really went above and beyond to find the car I wanted, in the price range also. She then found my husband a great car, and worked an amazing deal for him. She is so calm and wonderful to work with. This is my 3rd and my husband's first car from this dealership. The level of service offered, and the attention to detail during the entire process from selecting a vehicle to delivery was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, with no surprises.
