This was positively THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had! No hassle, no pressure. My satisfaction was their primary goal and they achieved it, and then some! Worked with Frank on Maint Program Upgrade Agreement. Although I did not purchase my BMW from this dealership, the service department has been very helpful and Frank assited on a fair deal for the MPU. I appreciated Frank's knowledge on my 550 and the fact that he reached out to me to let me know my CPO Service Agreement was due to expire.

First I would like to say the reason I was at the dealership was for my annul state inspection, that is when some problems shows up and my warranty has just ran out on 2/23/2013. My service advisor suggested I go over to sales to talk about getting another car and trade in my current car. Great and fast service. I believe I paid a fair price for my new car and L. Whitener went out of her way to locate the car with the specifications I wanted and with the price I could afford to pay. F. Muto was very patient and explained the documents I executed and he also showed me how the monetary amounts were calculated and the deductions I received as a loyal customer. I specified to L. We are so happy to be driving our new BMW (and even happier to be FORMER owners of a hooptie.) (Mary-)Lou Whitener is funny, honest, and patient. She spent hours with us, as we sorted out which model would be best for us, and then even more hours showing us how to use all of the features on the car.
