"Very poor communication and service from the service..." Very poor communication and service from the service department. Could not get a call back for days on status. I was told service would be done in a day, then could not get an update for many days. On Friday of Labor Day weekend after stressing I needed the car for the weekend, I was put on hold for over an hour just to be told it would not be ready until the following week sometime and no loaners would be available. Very poor service and communication.

You bring car in for inspection and they come up with hundreds of dollars in suggested as well as mandatory charges in order to pass. I took my car directly from the dealer to an honest service mechanic and easily passed.

"Poor experience from the beginning to the end. Employers..." Poor experience from the beginning to the end. Employers really don't care about the customers. One employee was continuously Yawning loudly. It took more than 30 minutes to check out and pay.

Instead, 2.5 hours! One hour to identify service. 1.5 hours to call tire insurance. 1.5 to install tire and align.
