Marcy worked hard for us and was great to deal with. Got us a great deal on our car. 2nd car we purchased from her and would certainly come back to her again. Marcy was also very responsive and replied to our e-mails and phone calls quickly. Excellent dealer and excellent experience!
My first experience with this particular BMW dealership. I was amazed at how busy they were but all so calm and inviting. My salesperson was very conscientious and easy to work with. He covered everything in detail and always with explicit responses. He was also very patient with my repeated questions and comments which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I travelled a long distance to find and purchase a particular car and found my trip to be a very rewarding experience.
The service that I received at the Main Line BMW was unmatched by any other dealer. I will definitly be buying all my future BMWs at that dealer. From the moment I walked in the door, my client adviser showed me the exact cars that I had in mind. It was a great experience.
Great experience in all criteria. Bruce Lustig was helpful without being pushy, friendly without being annoying. This was my first experience with Main Line BMW, although I have owned BMW's for 15+ years and currently own 3, and I would definitely go back there again.
After moving to the Ft. Washington area, with West German BMW only a mile from my home and being an avid BMW enthusiast, I was excited that there was a BMW Center so close by. A friend who had purchased two cars from Doug recommended that I go to Doug when I was shopping for a new car. I was shopping other dealers (Audi and Mercedes). The audi dealership wouldn't even return calls or emails. The Mercedes dealer gave me info over the phone and then on a return call i discovered he over promised options for the price he quoted. Doug was honest and up front throughout. I originally looked at a 128i and he was very honest about the options that I would get. He undersold the car.
I live in the Chestnut Hill area & have found BMW of the Main Line to be the best dealer in the area. Their sales department is always willing to answer questions about the cars I have purchased. My client advisor, Douglas Walter has given me 5 years of superior and attentive service. The service department has been excellent in maintaining my vehicles. I have purchased 10 BMWs from this dealer in the last 15 years so you can say I am a very contented and loyal customer!
After shopping many Philadelphia area dealers, we settled on BMW of the Mainline to order our 2011 X5 35d, based on a combination of price and service.
