Liz My service advisor is horrible at customer service and communication, etc.. the front desk check in staff very pleasant and professional. Zack the Manager upbeat, knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, works to resolve issues/ or concerns companionate about his position.. Zack helped me a great deal and worked to resolve the issues and concerns that I had pertaining to my Bmw.
BMW of the mainline is unorganized always an issue with poor customer service. It always appears that they don’t value their customers
For a BMW- I expect great quality and service. While I love my X3, the service advisor and team is sub par. I dropped my car for service in the morning with no call back, text or email with updates. After several calls, I was told my service advisor left for the day and to call back. Unfortunately, that answer was not appropriate without a loaner or my car for the night. What a mistake. Went to BMW of Main Line for convenience. I paid for inspection, new tires and an alignment. As soon as I left the lot, got an error message. Turns out, the back tires were out of alignment. Wonder what I paid for? I will take the time to drive to Devon or Otto’s next time. I was at the dealer for 6 hours for an inspection.
One of the worst client service experiences that I’ve had in a very long while. I will never use them again - for anything.
Every time I go it’s the worst service experience. Do not recommend them for any service needs or sales. This was my last time going there.
Did not seem very accommodating for a test drive. Salesman wanted to go right to "order" without my seeing an X3 in person or driving it.
