It has been a pleasure experience leasing the car from the BMW OF THE MAIN LINE. Jeff Downing did a wonderful job for me to get in this car. And pricing was very good that i had to lease it!! and his AFTER SERVICE was fantastic! Over all it was a positive experience from this dealership!
I was in the market for a specific car - a black, manual transmission X3. Other people told me it would be hard to find, but there it was at Main Line BMW ! The car of my dreams! And Jeff Downing made the process so simple I had the car in my driveway 3 days after contacting him by phone. I live 2 hours away, so a lot of the paperwork had to be done by phone and express mail. I appreciate Jeff's efforts to make me a happy BMW owner. He succeeded !! Hopefully, this is my first of many!

Great dealership! Very happy with salesperson and manager Matt. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to earn my business. In the past I purchased from West German BMW but decided to try another dealership since I was never happy with the deals they had to offer. I never thought I would get such a great deal on the Main Line!
I had a great experience with BMW of the Main Line from the time I called on the phone to when I drove away with my new car. Kc Chan was a wonderful sales person. Very helpful and courteous and not high pressure. The dealership was clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others and already have.
I purchased a BMW from BMW of the Main Line even though I live 2 hours from the dealership because Matt, sales manager, and K.C. in sales, were a pleasure to work with, and were both very knowledagble. I will definitely buy from BMW of the Main Line again.
I was scared of going because of all the bad reviews. But all I had to get done was to tighten up a heat shield that came loose under my car. anyways i called them up around 11am and they said i can just swing by and let them take a look. then i arrived around 1pm to find the dealership service area empty. then a technician came out to try to take a look but he said he needs to lift up the car, so he went inside to get a SA. I have found them to be a reliable service department.Their friendly and courteous when i arrive, pricey but you get what you pay for!
The service advisor sucks. He sends me a text about the update on my car while I was in t by e waiting room. They forgot to add windshield washer fluid and never address problems regarding the tire pressure sensors.
