"Totally dissatisfied! Performed service that was not..." Totally dissatisfied! Performed service that was not required (replacing right tail light seal and bulb). The bulb was working but charged $56.56 for a bulb.

"Unhappy Customer" The experience was unpleasant. First time at this dealership. No cell signal. Was not informed of the WIFI password. Had to ask another customer. I was not greeted upon arrival. Didn't know where to park. Parked in the BMW "Customer Parking". Went into the main area. Was told to go back out, move my car into the staging area and check in with a greeter. "Had a part replaced that had a core charge, if purchased..." Had a part replaced that had a core charge, if purchased to go. They charged me the core charge and am waiting for a credit, $300.00. Amex is more than willing to hold the full payment.

I am former Lexus and most recently a Mercedes owner and have never had the problems with them as I have had with BMW. The electronics system has never worked right from day one, the passenger safety bad warning has Constantly come on even after my last service visit just seven months ago after I specifically asked that it be fixed. "14 years of poor service " Stood around for half an hour waiting for service rep to get the morning started. Three reps were not taking care of customers; they were in deep discussion about their cell phones. Finally step noticed that I was stalking the service desk and came to help me. My assigned rep was not available. I don’t know why your system doesn’t default to the next available rep rather than having customer stand around and waste half an hour

"OK service" It was a simple oil change and alloy wheel repair. When I checked in, I told Jeff that I sent in a claim for wheel repair. He said that he will have to do it. I thought it was strange and I called the claim to AutoXel and he is saying he will send in a claim again. I told him that I bought this third party plan and he said that he does not know what I bought. " Disorganized " My experience with BMW of the Main line service department has always been very positive. The purchase of my new car with them however was a different story. The night we were supposed to settle On the car was changed because certain personnel weren’t available I was given two hours notice. The day that we did settle on the car I was told to be there at 4 o’clock sharp I was not seen till 5 o’clock . After I was told my car was out front. "Unethical Salesmen " Main Line BMW salesmen are nothing but liars. You want honest professional salesmen go to Mt. Laurel BMW. They really know how to treat a customer with respect and honesty. Service at Main Line is excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle there. Honesty integrity and respect is surely lacking at BMW of the main Line. "Poor sales experience" Not as knowledgeable or customer focused as I have experienced from other dealers or compared to other reviews for this dealership. Sales rep was not at all proactive - did not offer to show us key features of the car, such as the advanced sound system. When we asked basic questions about the car, he seemed to struggle with answers and gave us the run-around. When we questioned further, he exhibited frustration.
