I bought this car over the internet and very pleased with it It was pleasure to do with business with Shaun Warner. I received great honest service; car looks and drives exactly as it was described to me on the phone. I will strongly recommend buying cars from Shaun to my family.

I was very pleased with the whole experience at Germain BMW. I was greeted immed. by Tracey with a smile each time I entered the dealership. I will not consider another dealership when my lease is up and I plan on being a BMW consumer as long as I drive a car. My sales person Steve Williams was very knowledgeable in the manufacturer & product line. I just have to hope that he doesn't retire any time soon.

For me, Rick Camp was the perfect salesman. He was professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind and low-key. I found him to be a wonderful combination of wanting to make the sale and yet, not compromising his or the dealership's integrity in the process.

Kevin Browne is a seasoned professional. He provided in great detail all the information I needed to make an intelligent buying decision. He explained all the differences between the 5 series line and the model years. I am a former Lexus salesperson and based on my experience, I think Kevin has a great work ethic. We briefly shared stories about our daughters which was a nice personal touch to the process. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless. Steve Williams was easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He walked me through delivery with ease and knew all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. One thing I particularly liked about Germain was on my first visit, you didn't have ten salesmen grabbing you as you got out of your current vehicle. I walked into the showroom, the receptionist greeted me and then introduced me to Steve. He was well dressed (shirt and tie), looked professional, it was a pleasure working with him.

This is my second BMW lease that I have worked with Rick Camp. He is always extremely helpful, willing to spend whatever time it takes to answer all my questions. I never feel pressured or feel like I'm getting "the pitch". The dreaded price negotiations always go smoother because of his calm demeanor. He always comes over to say hello if he sees me in the service area. I appreciate that. I would never hesitate to send my friends/colleagues/clients to him.
