Car buying the way it should be. Can't say enough about how easy Pete made our purchase. No hassle, no wasted time, just straight talk and a beautiful car at a great price. I am impressed with Germain BMW. Everyone was helpful and courteous, and provided a great experience. I plan on taking my car into service there, even though I live in Ft. Myers.

My experience was outstanding at Germain BMW. I was greeted by all with smiles and friendly attitudes. Jeramy helped me from the start. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and easy going. I was very impressed with all he helped me with. There are so many items on my new driving machine and he didn't hesitate walking me thru them as often as I had questions about them. He has the confidence to make all the information go smoothly. I will buy my next car thru Germain BMW of Naples Florida.

Great experience. The showroom is attractive and functional. My husband and I leased two new automobiles. Chris Tuttle arranged for us to be paired with Steve Williams. Steve probably knows more about automobiles than any person I ever met. A very positive time spent at Germain. They have a superb team.

The car was exactly as described and the sales experience was great. The shipping company they recommended was great also. I also used BMW Financial and the inhouse credit rep who were great.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough, but buying it from 1200 miles away added a whole new dimension. Jim McGinn handled the entire transaction flawlessly! We had several obstacles to deal with which Jim helped to smooth out. Although we have never met in person and I've never stepped foot in Germain, I would definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future.

I have been looking for "my" ideal car for six months!! One visit to Germain BMW and I purchased my car in one afternoon on my first visit! I was only planning to check out a car I saw advertised. Chris was the primary salesperson that I worked with, and he did a superb job. He was very patient with me through several test drives and numerous questions, was always straightforward with his answers--and if he did not know and answer went and found out quickly--and never made me feel pressured at any point during the process. Sean had initially put me with Chris, and was equally professional and friendly.
