Excellent staff, Kevin and Neal did a wonderful job. They made it one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had in 30 years. They were very profession, knowledgeable and courteous. Initially, the car was not detailed very well. The interior was not very clean but Kevin immediatly took the car to the detailing personnel and when they were done it was sparkling like new. I was very impressed with his initiative and demand for quality work.

The sales experience at Germain BMW was very pleasant, and Mike Brin, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions as he demonstrated the vehicle to us. We test drove the car twice and both times Mike was very patinet in answering all of our questions and allowing us to test drive it as much as we wished. Chris proved to be "customer focused" and as such was a good listener. Something I find rare in sales people in general and rarer still in auto sales. On his own he recognized a problem with the A/C unit and investigated a solution. Even though I was buying an "as is" 13 year old BMW 328i with 109K miles on it, he worked with service to correct the problem. I found Chris to be honest, direct and timely in his service.

BMW sales consultant, Steven Moyal presented me with a simple, honest and hassle free buying experience on a 2009 certifed pre-owned BMW. I received a fair price for my trade-in. Everything was explained to me in a professional manner that made me feel "at home" in the dealership. Easy to deal with and no high pressure tactics. Very friendly dealership.

Our salesperson, Kevin Browne, was an absolute delight. He helped make the transaction smooth and hassle-free, all while exhibiting great charm and sense of humor.
