I love my new car! Peter Martin took the time to get the best prce for my used BMW and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. He let me test drive as many cars as I needed to...even in the hot Florida sun. He pointed out all the safety features on my new car and helped me days later when I had questions about my emergency service. As a woman shopping alone, he was extremely helpful and kind. My wife and I made two visits including a follow up to receive education on the various technical capabalities and accessories of the X5. Larry was very attentive and anxious to ensure that we understood the various controls etc. A good experience altogether.
Mike Brin was very professional in dealing with us. He spent time showing us the critical differences between the two models we were looking at which helped us make the correct decision for us. Mike was very helpful in the financing process to get the loan we were looking for. At delivery he was very helpful setting up our cell phones to the blue tooth and explaining the operation of all the features new and old on the car we just purchased. We were very happy with our experience at the dealership
