Everyone ,including the girl at the front desk, was very friendly. Car buying can be a hassle, but at Germain BMW they made it enjoyable. My sale person was very well informed about the car and very easy to talk to. I had shopped around for price and Germain beat everyone else's price by quite a bit. They gave me many ways to finance the car and even made it possible to order my car anyway I wanted it. I didn't have to buy options I really didn't want. I was extremely happy with the treatment I was given at Germain BMW. Very friendly, well mannered, clear and direct. Each person I met made me feel I was important to their organization. Walt did an amazing job of helping me understand the various options and in showing mw the advatages of each. He camw in on his day off to accomodate my schedule and stayed several hours to explain how to use the options.
