Kevin Brown was very personable and friendly. I never felt pressured into making a decision and he helped me select the right car for me. The service didn't stop after I signed on the dotted line. Kevin helped me to arrange to have the daytime running lights turned on, helped me to get my car windows tinted and provided information on shipping company's. This is my second new BMW X5 purchased from Germain BMW in Naples and our third X5 to be serviced regularly at this dealership. I have been extremely pleased with Mike Brin's knowledge and working relationship through this purchase. One of the keys is his availability in the early morning hours while my other BMW's were being serviced. This presence ultimately led to the most recent purchase.
