"Service problem" Chuck Griffith, my service contact, is always responsive to my cars problems and needs. The only area that could use revamping is the process to retrieve my car when the work/car wash is completed. No one seems to have a clue and much time is wasted in the process. This is an ongoing problem that I also overhear others discussing. Aside from that, I am always pleased with Chuck.
