"Patient Service Advisor! " I have an X5 that is a little over a year old. I was having issues with the Sirius radio and an internal message that kept appearing. After 2 visits ( where I was given a loaner vehicle each time) we finally got to the bottom of the issue. I have a new radio and Christian very patiently helped me re-program my radio and phone. I love my BMW and am always treated with care at this dealership.
