"Great Experience" We were in the market for a replacement vehicle and wanted to see what was offered in the BMW Certified Pre-Owned arena. We were walking around the used car lot and Michael Schmidt from the sales staff came out to greet us and asked if we would like his help. "Love my BMW" JJ--John Joseph was a great salesman! He helped me find the car that was the best deal for me and met my needs. I have no complaints concerning my experience at Germain BMW. Also the General Manager in the used car building was wonderful. He helped accommodate my husband--even had a car moved so my husband could be in the shade. Everyone in the used car division was great!! This is the second BMW I have purchased at this location.
