"Maintenance + Part Replacement" Since moving to Naples over a year ago, I've been to the dealership on a few occasions for maintenance. Chuck Griffith is always on top of things and makes sure I'm satisfied with my visit and the work done. I drive my dream car which I've owned for 10 years and it's good to know that it will be taken care of.

"Best Dealership ever " I have bought BMWs from other BMW dealerships and had them serviced at other BMW dealerships and let me tell you Germain BMW is the best at both! I brought my BMW in for service to Germain BMW. My service advisor was Jermey Bongle he took fantastic care of me and my vehicle. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to order my parts and have my car repaired on the same day which was incredible!
